1. Refund Policy
We strive to offer the best possible experience for all participants in our training programs. However, there are instances when a refund may be necessary. Please review the following conditions regarding refunds:
- Cancellation by Client: If you or your organization decide to cancel a scheduled training session, we ask that you provide written notice to Wisdom competencies private limited at least 14 days prior to the session date. A full refund will be issued for cancellations made 14 days or more in advance of the session date.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the training session are subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total booking fee. This fee helps cover administrative costs and any preparations already made for the training. - No Show or Last-Minute Cancellation: If a participant or client fails to attend the training session without prior notice (i.e., a “no show”) or cancels within 48 hours of the session, no refund will be issued, and the full fee will be charged.
- Cancellation by Trainer: If Wisdom competencies private limited must cancel or reschedule a session for any reason (e.g., illness, unforeseen events, or emergencies), we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule the session at a mutually agreed date, depending on your preference.
2. Rescheduling Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and you may need to reschedule your training session. Our rescheduling policy is as follows:
- Rescheduling by Client: If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 7 days’ notice in writing. We will work with you to find an alternative date for the session, based on availability.
- Rescheduling requests made within 7 days of the scheduled session may incur an administrative fee of up to 20% of the total booking cost, depending on the timing of the request.
- If rescheduling is not possible, or if the client cannot provide adequate notice, the session will be treated as a cancellation, and cancellation fees will apply.
- Rescheduling by Trainer: If Wisdom competencies private limited needs to reschedule or delay a training session due to an emergency or other unforeseen event, we will offer you a new date for the session at no additional cost.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Please note that the following are non-refundable:
- Customized or bespoke training sessions that have been tailored specifically to your organization’s needs.
- Any administrative fees associated with rescheduling, processing, or other special arrangements.
- Travel and accommodation expenses incurred by the Wisdom competencies private limited for on-site sessions, unless explicitly agreed upon otherwise in the booking agreement.
4. Process for Requesting Refunds or Rescheduling

5. Exceptions
In certain circumstances, exceptions to this Return Policy may be made at the sole discretion of Sejo Jose, particularly in cases of emergency or extenuating circumstances. We will review such requests on a case-by-case basis.
6. General Terms
- Amendments to Policy: Wisdom competencies private limited reserves the right to modify or update this Return Policy at any time. Any changes to this policy will be posted on our website with an updated “Effective Date.”
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling our obligations under this Return Policy if such failure is caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, pandemics, or government regulations.
