In the case of in-person corporate training sessions or virtual training programs that require physical materials (e.g., training manuals, workbooks, kits, or other resources), we will ship these materials to your specified address in advance of the scheduled training session.
- Shipping Methods: We use reliable shipping carriers, such as Blue Dart, to ensure timely delivery. The method of shipping may vary based on the size, urgency, and destination of the shipment.
- Shipping Time: Training materials will be shipped 7 business days before the scheduled training session to ensure they arrive on time. For customized training kits or materials, we recommend allowing additional time for preparation and delivery.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are typically included in the cost of the training program or may be invoiced separately, depending on the specifics of the training agreement. If applicable, you will be notified in advance of any shipping costs, and payment will be collected at the time of booking or prior to the shipping of materials.
2. Delivery Locations
We provide shipping of materials to the following locations:
- Domestic Shipments: We ship to most addresses within India. Please ensure that the delivery address is correct and complete to avoid any delays.
- International Shipments: We are able to ship materials internationally; however, additional shipping charges may apply. International clients will be contacted regarding any extra shipping fees and delivery timelines prior to shipment.

Once your training materials are shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing the tracking number and expected delivery date. This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment.
If there are any delays or issues with the shipment, we will notify you promptly and work with the carrier to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
4. Delivery Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery of all materials, there may be unforeseen delays due to factors outside of our control, such as:

As our training services are primarily digital or service-based, returns and exchanges for services are not applicable. However, if there is an issue with physical training materials, such as damaged goods or incorrect shipments, please contact us within 7 business days of receipt. We will resolve the issue by either:
